You have this game posted as a 35-0 victory for Wrens. This is incorrect as this game was won by Louisville. Louisville entered the game with an 0-2 record and ended up winning by a score of 18 or 20-12. Louisville ended up with a 7-4 record that year. Please do some more research and correct this error

This is my first post, so if I do it wrong...sorry.
I am a graduate of Central High School in Carroll County, GA and my daughter is a student there now. The name, as listed, is Central (Carrollton). It should read Central (Carroll) because it was changed years ago to reflect that we are a county and not a City of Carrollton school. The name of the city is correct, it should remain "Carrollton" because it is the closest city and we have a Carrollton zip code.
Also, the school colors were changed years ago to maroon, GRAY, and gold.

Harrison Smith, from Vidalia High School, was a member of the 1977 South All star team and wore jersey number 61.
Please add Harrison to the roster listing for that year's team.
There were two players and one coach from Vidalia High School that year;Harrison and Ben Utt."Buck" Cravey was also a coach for the South team.

a much larger and faster team and shocked the confrence. It is considered the greatest game Colonial hills has ever played.

Elberton vs Ellijay 1949

Hey guys, I found a correction that I believe is worth noting. I was looking back over some old Gilmer/Ellijay info and found a few old articles - well copies anyway - about the Bobcats' storied squad of 1949. The correct score in Ellijay's 10/28 game is 21-7, rather than 21-0. However, I do not have the header to the issue in which the article was written. It isn't a Time-Courier (Ellijay) article so I'm guessing it came out of Atlanta. The quote that credits Elbert with a TD reads:

Just a little background, I began posting on this site back in '06 as "gocats." You'll see that I wrangled some info back then, and I'm just trying to do the same now. Also, I always like to pass along how the Ellijay/Gilmer name change came about. Maybe just a piece of info to tuck away...

You have UC listed as 0-10 in 1994. UC was 1-9 with an 18-13 win over Dawson County. The score was correct, just backwards. I was at UCHS in 1994 and remember going 1-9. I also have a yearbook that lists the scores.

Banks County 37
UC 16

Also, Union County is 23-1 all-time vs Towns County with the loss coming in 1993 as listed. But UC defeated Towns in 1997 by the score of 19-0. Not the other way around.

In 2001 the correct score is UC 48 Towns 16.

Brunswick 1980/1981 scores

Brunswick's record was correct at 3-7 in 1980. However the 10-8 win over Glynn the second game of the year was forfieted due to an illegal player. The next week Brunswick defeated Efiingham 28-21 not the other way around as the record here shows.

In 1981. The Brunswick/Wayne score is incorrect. The final score was Wayne 20 and Brunswick 19. Not 20-9 as the site shows.
