Dock Kemp was a formerly black school located in Wrightsville.

The Dock Kemp name was already in place for the school when a Rosenwald building was budgeted for the 1921-22 school year. A new school opened January 3, 1955. Its building, along with new schools for Wrightsville High and Scott Grammar, had been approved in 1953 by the State School Building Authority.

Football

Dock Kemp is known to have played only three seasons in the Georgia Interscholastic Association: 1956, 1957 and 1958.
