Game summary

Screven County’s Dan Davis scored all 13 points for the South, running for 77 yards on 13 carries. Newnan’s Bobby Burson ran 9 yards to give the North a 6-0 lead in the first. Davis’ 15-yard run in the second tied the score and his 13-yard run and conversion run gave the South the lead in the third. Jimmy Burson from LaGrange played for the South and his cousin Bobby Burson from Newnan played for the North.
