Game summary

This was a huge upset. The South led 13-6 midway through the fourth. Jack O’Neill scored from the three to make it 20-6. Johnny McCarty followed that with a 41-yard interception return to make it 26-6. The North’s Charles Dudish threw 9 yards to Donald Person to make the final 26-12. The South scored first on a 7-yard run by Brent Cunningham on an option pitchout from O’Neill. The North answered on a 5-yard Dennis Chadwick run. O’Neill threw 35 yards to Nathaniel Coast for the other touchdown.
